Shipping and market access
Which ports do you ship from?
Mainly Alexandria and Damietta on the Mediterranean, and Port Said. Air shipments leave from Cairo.
Can every product be shipped to every country?
No. Market access depends on the product and the importing country’s plant-health rules. We check eligibility and required documents for your destination before confirming.
Do you ship mixed containers?
Yes, when the products share compatible temperature and humidity. Frozen products can always be combined.
Which Incoterms do you work with?
FOB and CFR/CIF are most common. Other terms can be agreed.
