Overview
Firm, well-cured onions with a long season
Egyptian onions are exported worldwide for their firmness, dry skins and strong flavour. Golden onions are harvested from February to June and red onions from April to September, which gives buyers a long supply window from one origin.
We cure, top and size the onions, then pack by calibre in mesh or leno bags. Skin quality, dryness and bag weight are agreed so that offers from different suppliers can be compared on the same basis.
