Egypt has become a leading sweet-potato supplier to Europe. Our Beauregard sweet potatoes have smooth red skin, deep orange flesh and a sweet flavour, and are cured after harvest to heal the skin and extend shelf life on long voyages.
We grade by weight and shape and pack in branded cartons for retail or in bags for wholesale and foodservice.

Usually not: sweet potatoes are chilling-sensitive and need a warmer set-point than potatoes.
