IQF mango
Mango is processed during the Egyptian mango season and shipped year-round. Formats:
- Chunks — for smoothies and foodservice.
- Dice — for yoghurt, bakery and ready meals.
- Slices and cheeks — for premium retail and desserts.
Specify: cut size and tolerance, Brix range, colour (from yellow to deep orange), fibre content and limits for skin or dark spots. Packing: 10 kg lined cartons for foodservice, bulk bags for industry and 400 g–1 kg retail bags in your brand.
Frozen dates
Freezing preserves dates at their fresh, soft stage — a premium product in many markets. Specify: variety, size, ripeness stage and moisture, and whether dates are whole or pitted. Packing: 5 kg printed cartons (the Zaad date carton or your design), retail trays and bags, or bulk food-grade bags for industry and repackers.
Frozen French fries
Pre-fried, frozen potato fries for foodservice and retail. Specify:
- Cut — for example 7×7, 9×9 or 10×10 mm; other cuts by agreement.
- Length distribution — minimum percentage of long strips.
- Colour after frying — a light, even colour.
- Defects — limits for dark ends, slivers and nubbins.
Packing: 2.5 kg printed bags, with the number of bags per carton configured per order, and private label on request.
